Have you ever wondered if hypnosis can help you? - In anything: stop smoking, lose weight, overcome your fears, relieve your pain, reduce stress, get pregnant, eliminating bad habits, improve performance - anything...

If you have, then answer to your question in one word would be "Yes". The answer to your question in 3 words would be "Yes - it depends..."

And as you're beginning to wonder about the 3-word response, let me clarify it to you.

Yes, hypnosis can help, but it will depend on three things:

  • Willingness to be hypnotized
  • A minimum level of intelligence
  • An ability to follow simple instructions

And as you read these words and the explanation that follows, with all probability you may say the same thing at the end.

How does hypnosis work and why it works?

To answer this question we need to understand first how our mind works. From there - everything will make sense.

Imagine for a moment that you are taking a walk in a park. Even though it is a middle of summer, the day is absolutely gorgeous. You know, it is one of those summer days when everything is just perfect: the temperature, the breeze, the smell, the birds and the butterflies fluttering in the air... And as you inhale, you feel like this air is filling up your lungs, and as you exhale, you notice that you are smiling and feeling so happy that you've decided to take this walk.

Suddenly, in the distance, you notice a beautiful sunny patch of green, attractive, and inviting lawn. And as you look at this lawn you catch yourself wishing to come closer, find a perfect spot, sit down, and simply enjoy this nice summer day...

And as you walk towards this spot and come closer and closer, you start noticing something else. This lawn is not as perfect as it seemed to be from the distance. It has weeds here and there. And you can see clearly that in some places the grass is simply choked by them.

If it were your lawn, you would probably want to take care of it right away and get rid of those weeds. In all probability you know there are several ways you can get rid of them.

The quickest one seems to be is just pulling them out. But if you have done it at least once, you know better than anyone what happens later: they come back bigger and stronger, and multiplied. And you know by now that the best way to say goodbye to your weeds is to destroy them at the root level. But how can you get there?

One of the options would be to use chemicals to poison those ugly weeds. But then you realize that with the weeds you may poison everything else around them: the roots of the grass and the little creatures that live in the soil and make it rich. You even may end up with completely bald dead spot. And even though this way seems quick and easy, deep inside you don’t feel good about it.

There is one more way of transforming your lawn into breathtaking beauty – pull those weeds out by the roots. Yes, I would agree, this way doesn’t look easy. But it is safe for your garden and you.

Now, what if I told you, that you have a supply of the best weeding tools and…you have a professionals to do this job for you…and the only thing you would need to do while they are working is to sit in a comfortable chair and relax? Would it make the difference?

Guess what? Our life and mind is like that beautiful sunny spot in the park. There is grass – our conscious mind; there are weeds sticking up into the air for yourself and everyone else to see - the part of ourselves that we don't like; there are roots – our subconscious mind and dirt – our environment that supports or inhibit the growth.

Whatever is planted - with supporting environment will grow. And if you don't learn how to control this process of growth, you may end up with a life looking exactly like the lawn we were talking about: full of weeds.

Hypnosis is the safest way to pull out all those weeds by the roots. Hypnosis is the bypass of the critical factor of the conscious mind allowing access to the subconscious.

In some cases you can do it yourself. You know, when you have one little dandelion, you can take your tools and dig it out. This is the best way to maintain your garden. This is the how you use self-hypnosis.

However, and you know it too, sometimes the roots are so deep and so big that you may find yourself digging and digging with no results. This process of doing "the right thing" with no results makes you to feel more and more frustrated, hopeless, stressed, and worn out. And as you dig a little bit more, you realize: the sooner you call professionals the sooner your misery will end. That’s when hypnotist comes in.

Hypnosis is the most powerful tool of accessing your subconscious mind on the deepest levels possible. A skilled hypnotist is able to separate good roots from the bad and make sure that only the bad ones are destroyed

In cases of more complicated problems there are more advanced hypnosis techniques to be used. And the result of your hypnotherapy sessions will depend on your true intent to succeed, your willingness to follow simple instructions, and on the skill set of your hypnotherapist (Read about things to consider before confirming your decision to use hypnotherapy services.)

I don’t know for sure what you are experiencing right now. But perhaps you are more confident in your decision to use help of hypnotist in resolving your problem.
